We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As an IT Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced team members, who will guide you through the process and provide support as needed.
Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls and emails from clients, resolving IT issues, and participating in our internal training program. You will also have the opportunity to visit our London sites, assisting with office moves and projects as they arise.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange & 365, Microsoft Servers, Cloud Systems, Virtualisation (VMware, vSphere, HyperV), and Office Operation Systems. You will learn how to configure and maintain various systems, such as switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, SANs, servers, and PCs.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. While a GCSE or A Level in IT is advantageous, it is not essential. What's most important is your passion for learning and commitment to developing your skills.
