We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Reed. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by leading and implementing HR projects and initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to management on all employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers.
- Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate employee records, both paper-based and digital.
- Manage absence records and assist with employee compensation and benefits documentation.
- Enter and maintain data integrity within HR systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters.
- Compile and submit monthly HR KPIs.
- Apply HR best practices to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Lead and implement HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- 3-5 years experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a senior management team.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR systems and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive HR projects to completion.
