About the Role:

Vickerstock is pleased to be working with a fit-out contractor on the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with experience in quantity surveying and commercial project management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform take-offs to ensure accurate project estimates
  2. Produce a bill of quantities to support project planning and execution
  3. Manage the appointment of sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  4. Submit weekly financial reports to stakeholders
  5. Manage commercials for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Desirable fit-out experience, but not essential
  • Ability to manage medium to large-scale projects in a commercial capacity
