Nuclear Safety Regulation and Interface
Location: Barrow-in-FurnessBAE Systems offers a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum for this Senior Engineer role, depending on experience. This position requires a professional with expertise in nuclear safety and site licensing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance on the requirements of the Nuclear Site License, Authorisation and Environmental Permits to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Influence business management arrangements and ways of working to maintain a high level of safety and regulation.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and directors, to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Stakeholder management experience, including working with various stakeholders.
- Excellent technical report writing and persuasive written argument skills.
- Ability to provide technical advice and understand regulatory requirements.
