Event Sales and Business Development Opportunity

Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd is proud to be working with a pioneering events company based in the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced Events Sales and Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of their expanding portfolio of exhibitions.

This award-winning events business is dedicated to organising accessible, affordable, and sustainable events for professionals to connect, learn, and collaborate. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing new regional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Contribute to the development of new regional events
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and exhibitions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £38,000-£45,000, plus 40% commission OTE and bonus structure
  • A company share scheme and benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension, gym/health club membership, and a laptop
