About the RoleAs a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
You will deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
You will also demonstrate Claire's products, assist customers with queries using your product knowledge, and support with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ear piercing, ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
Requirements- Some high school education
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of the importance of customer service
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers
- Ability to operate a POS system
