About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead our electrical projects across Scotland. As a core member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery while prioritizing employee safety and well-being.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supervise and manage on-site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence among site personnel and promoting open communication channels throughout the team.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks, focusing on crucial topics such as health and safety, quality management, and environmental best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, monitoring performance against set targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the project engineer and project manager to develop and implement comprehensive project plans.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in electrical engineering, preferably holding SMSTS certification.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety regulations and industry-standard best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to drive informed decision-making.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
