Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead our team in Glenrothes. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with a proven track record in project management and delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in managing operational sites and their delivery teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors. They will also have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, discussing specific requirements and conducting site surveys as necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Managing operational sites and their delivery teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.
  • Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle, discussing specific requirements and conducting site surveys as necessary.

Requirements include:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in project management, with an engineering or supervisory background.
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to all engineering trades, particularly Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a company car allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, holiday allowance, company pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, and ongoing training and assistance with personal and professional development.
