As a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship candidate at Vintage Inns, you will be the face of our beer pumps, expert on our drink's menu, and know our food menu inside out. You will frequently recommend your favorites to our guests, making sure they have an amazing experience. Your friendly demeanor will make our guests remember you, and they will love to come back time and time again.

Responsibilities:

- Greet, serve, and look after our guests with a warm and helpful manner.

- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our establishments.

- Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere that our guests will love.

- Know our menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests and ensuring they have an amazing dining experience.

- Be a champion of our brand standards, upholding the high standards of Vintage Inns.

Don't worry if you don't have any experience; we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our busy teams. By taking on a full-time role as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you will achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship and support the running of our businesses, creating some amazing moments.

What your apprenticeship includes:

- A mixture of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.

- A mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.

- Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer.

- Feedback sessions to discuss your progress and development.

- Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs).

- 30 hours paid work every week.

Wage will be:

- 16-20 year olds: £8.60 per hour.

- 21+ year olds: £11.44 per hour.

At Mitchells and Butlers, you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
