Be the Personality Behind the Beer Pumps

As a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship at Vintage Inns, you'll be the face of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the expert on our drink's menu, frequently recommending your favorites to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet, serve, and look after our guests with a warm and helpful manner.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our bars and restaurants.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a friendly atmosphere that our guests will love.
  • Know our menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests and championing our brand standards.

Don't worry if you don't have experience - we'll teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our busy teams. You'll achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship and support the running of our businesses, creating some amazing moments.

What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
  • A mixture of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.
  • A combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
  • Regular reviews with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer.
  • Feedback sessions to discuss your progress.
  • Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs).
  • 30 hours of paid work every week.

Your wage will be:

  • £8.60 per hour for 16-20 year olds.
  • £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds.

At Mitchells and Butlers, you'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
