Senior Risk Pricing Manager - Personal Lines

An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join us as a Risk Pricing Manager, overseeing activities for our Personal Lines business.

You will collaborate closely with a counterpart Manager for Commercial Lines and with the wider Pricing department.

As Risk Pricing Manager, you'll play a crucial part in developing and implementing innovative risk pricing methods that directly influence the company's competitive edge in the personal insurance market.

Within the role, you'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including Street Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Finance, Capital Modelling, and Propositions.

With a solid foundation in judgement, you'll bring the ability to navigate complex scenarios and make informed decisions that drive organisational objectives forward.

  • Experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders at all levels, building strong partnerships and ensuring alignment
  • Annual bonus (up to 25% of salary)
