Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced nurse to provide holistic care and support to patients, carers, and families within a variety of community settings. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and standards.
  • To contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

  • NMC Registration, Adult Branch
  • Community Nursing Experience
Remuneration

The annual salary for this position is £30,420 to £37,030 (pro rata if part-time).
