This is an exceptional opportunity to work with market leaders offering practical regulatory and transactional assistance to merchants, emerging companies, fintech companies, banks, and other financial institutions on strategic partnerships, including structuring and negotiating private label, co-brand credit card and point-of-sale financing partnerships, marketplace lending arrangements, asset purchases, and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions.

As a senior-level associate, you will have the chance to step up your career by working on complex transactions and deals.

Annual salary range: $295,000 – $400,000.
