We are seeking a highly skilled Security Service Specialist to join our team at Upbeat Recruitment. As a Security Service Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and reactive work on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems to customers in the London and Greater London area.
Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform reactive work on-site to resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Work with ladders at height and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Travel to various sites across the area, requiring flexibility and a valid UK driving license.
- Meet the requirements of NSSA Security Screening.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms and security systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in London, Hatfield, and Surrey/Hampshire.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with fire and security system installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and provide outstanding service.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of installation, maintenance, and documentation.
- Ability to work well within a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Competitive basic salary dependent on experience plus on-call payments.
- Engineering commission scheme with earnings up to 10%.
