Finance and Administration Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our team in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and team, while carrying out all day-to-day finance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce Sage 50 reports for directors and managers
  • Manage Purchase, Sales, and Nominal ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Organize and maintain filing of financial paperwork
  • Regularly enter income and expenditure data into Sage
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Manage employee expenses, petty cash, and cashbook
  • Provide information to outsourced payroll provider
  • Liaise with management and external accountants to support annual accounts and returns
  • Fleet management of company vehicles
  • Supervise the administrator and support the Logistics Manager
  • HR - Work with external consultant to implement HR strategy
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a small UK business environment
  • Team player with a flexible attitude
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience of using SAGE 50
