About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required
  • Assessing vehicle condition to identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs
  • Working closely with Aviva Engineers to discuss claim-related issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience or knowledge of working in the automotive repair industry
  • Customer service skills, with experience of delivering high-quality service to customers
  • Planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid driving licence, with access to own transport (if required)
