About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support.
  • Work as part of the general practice team and be supported by a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
