Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our established team. As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the general practice team, providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
  • Provide patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support within a GP practice.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse multi-skilled professional team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
