Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at THE PIG. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Supervise and motivate the restaurant team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
