Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at THE PIG. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
