Clinical Healthcare Specialist

As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our care homes. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and contribute to the development of tailored care plans that meet their unique needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Your experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments will be highly valued, as will your ability to work effectively within regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will be compassionate and dedicated, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can expect a competitive rewards package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
