About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Outpatient Team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a variety of clinics, including Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of evidenced-based nursing care for patients.
  • Contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of quality nursing care.
  • Act as Nurse in Charge, coordinating shifts and supporting team members.
  • Provide clinical and professional guidance to students and learners on placement.
  • Participate in the supervision of other staff groups and contribute to effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality clinical nursing care.
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is desirable.
