Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our Energy and Renewables sector. As Head of Energy and Renewables Sector Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development and commercial implementation of our sector strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sector strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead the development of account plans for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of account managers and business development professionals to achieve growth targets.
  • Ensure the sector sales pipeline is sufficient to meet growth targets, identifying and mitigating risks to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide commercial leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering ambitious growth plans in a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience in the Energy and Renewables industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
