Job Title: Chemical Safety Manager H/F

Kingscroft Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Health Safety leader or coordinator with a manufacturing background to lead and develop Health Safety policies and culture in a high volume manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will support the QHSE Manager in setting and delivering the H&S goals, strategy, policies, and training for the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the appropriate management systems in relation to Health and Safety.
  • Ensuring targets are achieved in relation to Health Safety across Manufacturing, Logistics, and Office facilities.
  • Acting as a role model for H&S within the company, driving a culture of H&S excellence.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure all employees are aware of good health and safety practices.
  • Building H&S into all SOPs for all relevant actions across the facility.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Health Safety Management, qualified to NEBOSH, and used to delivering 45001 and 14001 in a manufacturing setting.
