Client People Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Client People Executive to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. This role will involve working closely with Royal Mail to manage employment issues and improve worker conduct and performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across Angard Staffing and Royal Mail
- Working with Royal Mail's HR team to enhance worker conduct and performance management processes
- Investigating and addressing worker conduct and performance issues
- Supporting disciplinary hearings and managing worker grievances
- Coaching internal representatives on best practice worker engagement and management processes
- Identifying areas of risk and supporting initiatives to protect reputations
- Gathering data from worker and manager evaluations and making recommendations
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience of managing a caseload of employee issues in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service skills and strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing
