About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at SPW Energy Retail Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in full stack development as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
