About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Barclays Bank UK PLC. As a key member of our Wholesale Onboarding Vertical, you will be responsible for the delivery of critical applications that drive business capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and improve software solutions using various engineering methodologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster technical excellence and growth.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
