About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Public Health Practitioner to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children's and Families Care Group, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children, young people, and families across Staffordshire.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess the care and support needs of children and young people, and develop, implement, and evaluate care packages.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including community and hospital environments, to deliver commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme.
  • Supervise, train, and lead teams as appropriate, and contribute to service developments and improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure synergy across localities and deliver services to a high standard.
  • Embed the Values of Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust in all aspects of your work.
