About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Medequip Connect. As a Community Responder, you will play a vital role in providing reassurance and support to older, disabled, or vulnerable people nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and our team
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,990 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £28,000
