Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our Multi-Disciplinary Estates Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing PFI and non-PFI contracts on behalf of the Trust, ensuring robust governance and compliance with relevant agreements and schedules.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop PFI and non-PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  2. Review and manage financial schedules within estates contracts, liaising with accountants and business managers as required.
  3. Provide direct line management support for Assistant Estate Officers and team administrators.
  4. Work effectively with key stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities and safeguard the Trust against contractual risks.
  5. Monitor and review the compliance and performance of PFI and non-PFI assets.
About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working options. The successful candidate will be based in Bristol and will be required to work closely with senior managers from Project Co and the maintenance provider.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience of working with PFI and non-PFI contracts. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
