We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead our refurbishment and cladding projects in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to completion
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Drive quality, safety, and profitability across multiple projects
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager, particularly within refurbishment and cladding projects
