About the Role

As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our valued partner base, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high levels of compliance and operational efficiency. This role involves addressing partner and client inquiries, escalating issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in client management, compliance, and customer service. You will work closely with our technical team to identify and resolve technical system issues and bugs.
