Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside subject teachers and pastoral colleagues, ensuring the needs of students with learning difficulties are met. This role involves complementing and supporting the SEND intervention offer by teaching 1:1 or groups of students, progressing children in their training.
The hours of work in this post are 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, comprising 17.5 hours as an LSA (Grade 3 SCP4) and 15 hours as an HLTA (Grade 4 SCP13).
This post is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31st August 2025.
