About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Staff member. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars at various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the catering team in delivering premium service to customers on event days.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of catering units, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to food hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and free from hazards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential.
