About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead Manager to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As an Operational Lead Manager, you will be responsible for developing and operationally managing integrated community teams within the operational structure of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement services in response to changing patient needs, commissioners, and legislative requirements
  • Ensure high-quality care and interventions, supported by relevant outcome measures, performance targets, and financial indicators
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and business planning
  • Oversee facilities and equipment to maximize service delivery
  • Manage internal and external communication and service information systems
  • Lead personnel management, including workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, and performance management
  • Develop multi-disciplinary team and inter-agency working to optimize patient care
  • Lead patient involvement within the service
Requirements
  • Ability to present written information concisely
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills

  • Ability to interpret corporate strategic objectives
  • Ability to understand and drive service redesign

Knowledge and Experience
  • Highly developed knowledge and proven experience in delivering against performance targets
  • Knowledge of the Integration agenda
  • Demonstrable experience in Adult Social Care and operational management with a complex organization
  • Significant experience in change management, including service redesign techniques
  • Demonstrable track record and experience in delivering targets and improving services
Qualifications
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional clinical qualification and registration
  • Continuing management development to postgraduate level or equivalent experience
