About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operational Lead Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and managing integrated community teams within our operational structure.

As an Operational Lead Manager, you will be responsible for developing services in response to changing patient needs, ensuring high-quality care and interventions, and managing budgets, contracts, and business planning.

You will also be responsible for managing facilities and equipment, internal and external communication, and personnel, including workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, service development, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can drive service improvement and lead our teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage integrated community teams

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
