Student Development Coordinator

As a Student Development Coordinator with Aspire People, you will play a vital role in supporting students in South Staffordshire, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering social interaction and academic growth.
- Provide one-to-one support to students, addressing their specific needs and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and guidance for students across various educational settings.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in an educational capacity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with students, teachers, and other professionals.
- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with special educational needs and enhancing their educational experiences.
- A teaching assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- A salary range of £19,000 - £24,000 per annum.
