IT Service Desk Technician
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a member of our IT Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational first line IT technical support to customers by logging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents at the first point of contact when possible or passing incidents to an appropriate team member.
- Initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high level of customer service experience
- Computer knowledge
- Ideally experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment although training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft applications at an intermediate level
- Educated to GCSE level/equivalent @ Grade C or above
- Ability to prioritise workload to maintain a timely flow of customer requirements
