Laboratory Technician Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests on soil samples to determine their physical and mechanical properties.


  1. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  2. Document all testing procedures and results accurately.
  3. Assist in interpreting test results and providing insights to project managers and clients.
  4. Adhere to quality control standards and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  5. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment in the laboratory.
  6. Assist with the quality management and auditing requirements under ISO 17025.

Laboratory Technician Position Requirements
  1. HNC advantageous.
  2. Experience within materials testing.
  3. UK Driving Licence.
