About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR and Development Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day HR support, managing current processes, and implementing upgraded effective HR processes, systems, and reporting.

You will work closely with the Head of Quality and Compliance to ensure that all HR activities are aligned with the organisation's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to staff, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage current HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organisational change initiatives
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A salary of £28,954 (pro rata)
  • A fixed-term contract initially for 12 months with the scope to extend to 18 months dependent upon need
