About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Residential Construction team as a Head of Technical Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business, working closely with our technical team to develop and implement strategies that drive innovation and excellence in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of residential construction legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and codes.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design and implement effective solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring that they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Work closely with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to promote our products and services and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's sustainability strategy, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of environmental responsibility and social responsibility.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, including legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
