Job Description: General Ledger Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Monitor customer accounts for prompt payment receipt, resolving any invoice queries or disputes.
  • Perform reconciliations and ad hoc administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using accounting software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
