About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing complex care to adult clients with varying levels of need, including those with myotubular myopathy, tracheostomy, ventilation, oral suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and medication administration.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure that our clients receive tailored care plans, addressing their unique needs and preferences. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.
