Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of commercial and personal policies, including policy changes, undertaking renewal reviews, fulfilling new business quotations, and providing customers with necessary service and advice.
  • Work with our friendly and supportive team to ensure our customers receive a first-class service.
  • Develop and grow our local business by building and retaining long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by being prompt, reliable, and trustworthy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of providing customer service.

Preferred Background

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
  • Desired - A levels &/or degree (or equivalent).
