Energy Procurement Administrator Role

At Inspired Energy Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Energy Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our energy procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tendering, placement, and management of utility contracts for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the energy procurement team to ensure all customer meters and sites are maintained in suitable contracts.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to produce tender documents for flexible and fixed electricity and gas, and water contracts.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather relevant data and support in analyzing responses for fixed tenders.
  • Produce reporting and summary documents for clients, providing valuable insights into their energy procurement.
  • Support the presentation of tender responses and provide administrative assistance to the team around forecasting and analysis of non-commodity costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market drivers and support the account management team with commentary and customer dialogue.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring the procurement inbox remains organized and queries are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of energy markets and contracts.
  • Background in analysis or working with data, with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors, and other team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer literate.
