About This Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Homehospitality, a renowned pub in Islington. As the Head of Kitchen Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the team and developing innovative, seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality and sustainability.

About the Role

  • Average salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
  • Full-time role, 48 hours per week
  • Closed on Mondays and Sundays
  • Open for dinner from Tuesdays to Wednesdays and lunch and dinner from Thursdays to Saturdays

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal bistro menus using organic produce from our linked farm in Deptford
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with senior sous chefs to maintain high standards and drive innovation
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive culture within the team

About You

  • You have extensive experience in managing kitchen teams and developing seasonal menus
  • You are passionate about using organic produce and committed to sustainability
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills
