We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team in Norfolk, working with young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND), as well as those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

About the Role

This role involves providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with varying learning needs in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner.

As a Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customized education programs that meet the unique needs of each student.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
Remuneration

The estimated hourly rate for this role is £29 per hour, depending on experience.
