About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team at Accelerate, a leading SaaS agency based in Bristol and the South West, UK. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for our SaaS clients, driving organic growth and improving their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement 360-degree SEO strategies that incorporate on-page SEO, content production, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Work closely with clients to define their KPIs and create tailored SEO strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Delegate tasks to internal stakeholders, including content writers, outreach, technical, and SEO executives, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, as well as SERP analysis, to inform SEO strategies.
  • Define content approaches for clients, identifying relevant keywords, content types, and distribution channels to drive results.
  • Create client reports using Data Studio or other preferred tools, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Train new strategists and identify knowledge gaps, proposing solutions to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with the head of operations to improve processes and develop new ones.
  • Participate in pitches and client meetings to showcase expertise and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist or equivalent level, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Awareness of link building and experience with campaigns is highly beneficial.
  • Agency background, ideally 2 years within a SEO agency.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level SEO or budgets over £7k per month.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds.
