About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team at Accelerate, a leading SaaS agency based in Bristol. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies for our SaaS clients, driving organic growth and improving their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for SaaS clients, incorporating on-page SEO, content production, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Work closely with clients to define their KPIs and create tailored SEO strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Delegate tasks to internal stakeholders, ensuring all resources are working in harmony to deliver results.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, as well as SERP analysis.
  • Define content approaches for clients, identifying relevant keywords and creating high-quality content to rank for those keywords.
  • Manage client reports, using tools like Data Studio to track progress and provide insights.
  • Train new strategists and identify knowledge gaps, proposing solutions to improve team performance.
  • Forecast and project work requirements, collaborating with the project manager to allocate resources effectively.
  • Work with the head of operations to improve processes and develop new ones.
  • Participate in pitches and client retention presentations, showcasing your expertise and building relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist or equivalent, with a proven track record of success.
  • Awareness of link building and experience with campaigns is highly beneficial.
  • Agency background, ideally 2 years in a SEO agency.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level SEO or budgets over £7k per month.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
