About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Tesco. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering a gold standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of our modern pharmacies, ensuring accurate and efficient dispensing of medication.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on common ailments, symptoms, and products.
  • Assess the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions and respond to clinical and legal queries from healthcare practitioners.
  • Work closely with experienced pharmacists and managers to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers.

  • A competitive rate of pay starting from £12.44 an hour, increasing to £13.57 for stores inside the M25.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired.

Requirements

  • Experience or qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment.
